Owen loves to wear swim goggles around the house. This was several weeks ago, but is cute, so I'm showing it here!
Finally, hair cut #2! He was starting to look at little 80's shaggy, so it was time for a trim. Owen sat through it like a pro! There was another family next to us spazzing out trying to entertain their kid while she got a hair cut. Owen had no problems at all. He got to watch TV, play with new toys and bubbles... it was the highlight of his week I'm sure.
Saturday was Owen's 2nd birthday! Such a handsome, big boy! We can't believe how sweet and funny and adorable he's become. Could we be a little biased?
Grandma Cheri made this awesome Thomas the train cake and Owen yelled "TRAIN! TRAIN! TRAIN" when he saw it. So cute!
Sunday we had a friend party and we had cupcakes. Owen is very good about listening to the Happy Birthday song and then "blowing" out the candles when it's time. He blows, but doesn't get enough air behind it to get the candle out. Nice try buddy! In other news, I'm sure most of you know, but there's going to be a new Littlest Martin soon! We're expecting a baby girl in June! Owen's going to be a big brother! That will definitely be interesting and an adjustment for Owen, but we know he'll be a great brother!
